The Registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because the Registrant requires additional time to complete the presentation of its financial statements to be included therein, and to insure adequate disclosure of certain information required to be included in the Annual Report. The Registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K will be filed on or before the 15th calendar day following the prescribed due date.

We generated revenues of approximately $8.2 million and $11.4 million for the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019, respectively. Such revenues were primarily derived from sorbent product sales. The decrease is primarily due to decreased generation in the coal fired power sector principally due to renewables and low natural gas prices. For the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019, we had a net loss of approximately $5.8 million and $6.1 million, respectively. The change in net loss is primarily due to the decrease in revenue offset by a decrease in cost of sales and a decrease in selling, general and administrative expenses.
